Who We Are
We are all volunteers and our Committee of Management works to benefit the rural population of Timor-Leste.
Our team of volunteers work with rural communities in Timor-Leste
We have no paid staff, just extraordinary people who do extraordinary things to ensure that all the funds that we raise go directly to water projects.

Andy's Story
“During the visits I made to Timor Leste the aim was always, to teach. ‘You have to learn’”, I told the team.
“I felt so proud when I finally ‘passed the hat’. Now the communities could do the plumbing installation themselves”.

Yve's Story
“Its important to wash your hands”, I said.
Maria replied, “But we have no water at our house”.
Humiliated, I recalled my own comfortable life.
Friends turned on the tap for my next birthday and water began to flow in Timor-Leste.

Eddie's Story
“I’m just a truck driver” Eddie said
Eddie de Pina who fled to Australia as a refugee in 1975 is much more than a “truck driver”. He is an “inspiration”.
Returning to Timor Leste in 2002 to help and support his community, Eddie works tirelessly. He forms a vital link as the in-country advisor, heading the water team and liaising closely with volunteers in Australia.

Our Strategic Plan
We think carefully about what we do and how we do it.
Please see our Strategic Plan for more information.
Committee Of Management
We have a small and dedicated team who lead the implementation of our strategic plan to provide more accessible and better quality water supplies to rural villages in Timor-Leste.
